Ansel Norris

You may remember seeing Ansel Norris more than a year ago in our coverage of the 2009 Final Forte program with the Madison Symphony Orchestra. This teenager is making quiet a name for himself. Ansel is only 17 years old and this year he won admission to YoungArts Week in Miami, Florida

People's Brewery

Peoples Brewery in Oshkosh became the first African American-owned brewery in 1970. A group of black Milwaukee businessmen bought the brewery with plans to expand Peoples into new markets in African American neighborhoods in Milwaukee and Gary, Indiana

Northwoods Wildlife Center

The Northwoods Wildlife Center in Minocqua was founded in 1979 by a local veterinarian, Rory Foster. Foster saw the need for the center because he was so often asked to treat injured wild animals.
