Arboretum Storm Water
The University Arboretum in Madison is fighting a downhill battle.  That’s because they’re at the bottom of an urban watershed and polluted storm water flows freely across its borders.  The DNR requires that this storm water be cleaned up before it enters Lake Wingra, so the Arboretum and the surrounding cities are spending more than 6 million dollars.
